Beads were truly the seed for KFNL projects! Bead jewelry sales raised thousands of dollars and brought women together to learn more about the needs in Uganda. Then, we began making ASANTE Scents for a Cause, high-quality soy candles and bath products, which was a wonderful tool of engagement to share about our work as well as raising significant support for our programs.

As KFNL has grown, it has become clear that this is not a sustainable way to do outreach. We are grateful for all the connections and places it took us and appreciate the generosity and enthusiasm shown for ASANTE.
